Born in Leamington Spa, England, currently studying Art History at the University of St Andrews, Scotland. I have always been more capable with words, languages and images than with engineering and sciences, and chose to change my original degree from Modern History to Art History so I could study something I love and really enjoy.
Photographically I consider myself to still be finding my feet a year on from the purchase of my first ‘serious’ camera, and as such I’m still experimenting and at the moment shoot pretty much everything. When possible I try to present subjects and places in ways in which those who know them might not have seen them before. But you learn by doing, and as a student of art I’m often inclined to try my hand at any number of the photographic styles I come across in my studies. |

I think beauty can be found everywhere, from the colours in the most intense sunrise right down to the lines and textures of the smallest, most seemingly mundane of inanimate objects. I can only hope to capture a portion of it and will always strive (and probably fail) to do justice to the staggering aesthetics of nature and the world of which it is a part. But in trying, I hope to at least give you a good view of some of the scenes which have become a part of my view of the world… I guess my ultimate goal is to inspire others to look beyond the obvious and appreciate some of the details in life, as they can help to make it that much richer of an experience.
